The second - and last - SWS Tokyo Dome show drew a crowd of 40,000, thanks to a Hogan-Tenryu top-liner. The main men responded by constructing Hogan's best, most credible match in ages. Also features Davey Boy Smith, Rick Martel and the Legion of Doom, the SWS Junior Heavyweight title tournament final, and a stunning performance by Ultimo Dragon. Despite all the good stuff, SWS folded like an envelope six months later. I blame the press. First Tokyo Dome show from Genichiro Tenryu's breakaway promotion, heavily assisted by the WWF. In fact, Vince sent nearly every name he had going spare - including Hogan, Savage, Hennig, the Hart Foundation, the Rockers, Demolition, and the Legion of Doom. The price is reduced as some of the footage comes out in black and white. I could get my hands on an improved version if the interest is there.
